Decision Intelligence
Our Philosophy
Technology should strengthen human judgment.Artificial intelligence is rapidly expanding access to capabilities once concentrated in institutions and highly trained professionals. We believe the most valuable technology will not simply automate human work. It will help people understand more, see more clearly, and make better decisions.Concierra Technology develops systems that expand access to intelligence while preserving the essential role of human judgment, experience, values, and wisdom. The objective is not automated judgment. It is better human decision-making.

Human + Intelligence + Profession
Building the Intelligence Layer
Many consequential decisions occur within a relationship between an individual and a professional, institution, or decision-maker.Concierra Technology is developing AI-enabled tools that can operate within that relationship, helping people understand processes, organize information, think through questions, prepare for decisions, and interact more effectively with the professionals advising them.We see an emerging role for technology not simply as a replacement for human expertise, but as an intelligence layer that makes the human relationship more effective.
Areas of Innovation
Building the Future of Decision Intelligence
We are exploring and developing intelligent systems across four areas where better access to information, analysis, and structured reasoning can materially improve consequential decisions.
Legal Decision Intelligence
Legal systems require people to make consequential decisions while navigating complex rules, unfamiliar processes, and large amounts of information. We are developing intelligent tools that help individuals and legal professionals understand legal processes, organize relevant information, evaluate options, and work together more effectively. Our focus is technology that operates alongside the professional relationship rather than attempting to replace it.
Consumer Decision Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is giving individuals access to analytical capabilities that were once available primarily through institutions and highly trained professionals. We are exploring how intelligent systems can help people organize information, understand choices, prepare for important conversations, and approach consequential personal decisions with greater clarity and agency.
Organizational Decision Intelligence
Organizations generate enormous amounts of knowledge, but information alone does not produce better decisions. We are exploring technologies that help organizations structure institutional knowledge, identify patterns, evaluate alternatives, preserve intelligence, and put the right information in front of decision-makers at the right moment.
Dispute & Resolution Intelligence
Conflict creates a distinct decision environment in which information, emotion, competing interests, uncertainty, and legal or institutional constraints intersect. We are exploring intelligent systems that can support conflict navigation, negotiation, mediation, dispute resolution, and other structured decision processes while preserving meaningful human participation and judgment.

Related Research & Ideas
The questions raised by intelligent technology extend beyond technology itself. Our work exists within a broader ecosystem examining how intelligence, judgment, institutions, and organizations are changing.
